• Weekday schedule 8-5
• Saturday AM's optional for additional compensation

Experience Required

2+ years of experience working as a general primary care provider is required.

Education:
• Completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Current, Unrestricted Texas state specific DEA license
• Current, or ability to obtain an unrestricted license in the state of Texas
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Board Certified
