Job Description
eam. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing support in their daily activities and implementing behavior intervention plans. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals in the field.

Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist clients with daily living skills and promote independence through positive reinforcement strategies.
• Conduct patient assessments to identify needs and develop appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Utilize appropriate, respectful, professional communication at all times while working
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients while adhering to behavioral health best practices.
Skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong patient care skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
• Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating patience and empathy.
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices related to patient care.

Qualifications
- •A high school diploma
- •Previous experience working with children
- •Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- •The drive to complete the Washington state-mandated 40-hour CBT training course prior to working with clients and within 14 days of hire
