Job Description
• *Behavia Therapy** is a California-based provider of ethical, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. • *Position Summary**
The Program Supervisor is a mid-level clinical position responsible for supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), assisting in the implementation of ABA services, supporting case management under the direction of a BCBA, and ensuring high-quality care for clients. This is a **part-time, W-2 hourly employee** position governed by all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws, including California wage and hour regulations.
• *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
• Provide **direct supervision and training to BTs and RBTs** in accordance with BACB supervision standards
• Support the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct client observations and assist with clinical data collection and analysis
• Provide parent training, team collaboration, and case coordination under the direction of a supervising BCBA
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, supervision logs, and data reports
• Participate in team meetings and clinical trainings
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• *Required Qualifications**
• **Bachelor’s degree** in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field **plus two (2) years** of direct ABA experience **OR**
• **Master’s degree** in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field **and one (1) year** of direct ABA experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and community settings
• Must clear a DOJ/FBI criminal background check via LiveScan
• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance (if driving for work purposes)
• *Preferred Qualifications**
• **RBT certification** and **current coursework toward BCBA**
• Experience working with neurodiverse children or adolescents in school, home, or clinic settings
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• *Work Conditions and Physical Requirements**
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, sit or stand for extended periods, and engage in physical play or behavioral interventions
• Must be able to travel within assigned service and surrounding areas
• May be exposed to clients exhibiting challenging behaviors, including aggression or self-injury
• *Compensation and Benefits**
This is a **W-2, hourly position** eligible for the following benefits:
• **$30–$37 per hour**, based on experience
• **Paid BACB-required supervision hours and ongoing clinical mentorship**
