Immediate Opening – West / Northwest Denver Area
Active BCBA certification required.

We’re hiring a BCBA to support clients across Arvada, Westminster, and north Denver. This hybrid role is ideal for a licensed BCBA seeking flexible hours, meaningful remote flexibility, and the opportunity to build a practical local caseload over time.

Compensation
• $60–$72/hour depending on experience, availability, and caseload fit

What You’ll Do
• Oversee care for assigned clients in the west / northwest Denver area
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Review client progress and treatment programming
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Conduct assessments and reassessments as needed
• Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed
Requirements
• Active BCBA certification
• Prior BCBA or supervision experience preferred
• Ability to travel within the west / northwest Denver metro area
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
