Job Description
s must be available for two weeks of training, which will consist of virtual sessions from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by in-person shadowing either from 1:00–4:00 PM or 4:00–7:00 PM.

What you’ll do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the clinic, home, school, daycare, or other approved community settings under BCBA/BCaBA supervision.
• Follow individualized programs, behavior plans, and daily activities designed for each client.
• Document sessions accurately and on time, protecting client privacy (HIPAA compliant).
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and treatment team members.
• Attend staff and supervision meetings to keep growing your skills.
• Support children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities in real-world environments.
What you bring
• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in ABA or psychology a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move quickly to ensure client safety.
• Willingness to work evenings (typically 4–7 PM) and occasional weekends.
• Able to pass background checks.
• Preferred: RBT certification, ABA experience, or current enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA coursework.
• CPR certification
• TB test
• Proof of auto insurance
