linical Excellence Lead to join our team in Maitland, Florida.
At SiteRx, our physicians trust us to empower them to provide clinical research as a patient care option. Underlying this trust is our core patient matching function: we provide seamless, intelligent matches of patients to clinical trials. As Clinical Excellence Lead, you will take responsibility for every patient match that SiteRx generates. You will ensure that every patient match we push to physicians is qualified to our clinical trials' detailed I/E criteria, and that no suitable patients are overlooked.

About You and The Role:
• Interpret clinical research protocols and eligibility criteria to support end-to-end study readiness and execution
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate patient-level data for suitability across research and care delivery contexts
• Perform structured quality review of AI-assisted data outputs to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
Your Skills:
• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• You have experience navigating the complexities of healthcare data and clinical research protocols
• You are familiar with the clinical trial patient enrollment journey, and have background working for or with clinical research sites
• You are highly detail oriented
• You have the work ethic and presence to work diligently in a non-customer facing environment
• You have a nursing background
