9. Organization and filing of regulatory and patient documents.
10. Create and adhere to site specific recruitment plans to meet study recruitment targets.
Knowledge of Spanish will be an added advantage but not required.

Responsibilities
- •The Patient Enrollment Coordinator comprises an integral part of the research team
- •Working under the PI, he/she is responsible for identifying potential patients for clinical research in accordance with federal regulations
- •Perform daily patient calls from existing patient database and new referrals
- •Perform thorough medical history collection and review to ensure a potential patient eligibility
- •Pre-screen referral walk-ins
- •Perform chart reviews as needed to identify potential patients
- •Record any successful and unsuccessful contact attempts for potential patients in electronic database
- •Update study-required pre-screening logs
- •Perform community outreach for currently enrolling studies
