Job Description

erence in the lives of children and families throughout the greater Seattle area. Our belief is that a superior understanding of ABA, the science that underlies our work, translates into a higher quality of services being provided. Therefore, we take great efforts to build understanding around the science of ABA and then support that understanding as it translates into practice.

Position Overview:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at CBPI, you'll be implanting carefully designed support plans intended to increase levels of independence and overall quality of life for our clients. These plans are created on an individual basis by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), using research proven techniques that have been established within our field to be highly effective. While you'll be implementing these personalized treatment plans, you will also be collecting data to assess the effectiveness of the program when considering your client’s goals and collaborating with a dynamic team of fellow behavior technicians and analysts to ensure the highest quality of support is being provided. This is a general RBT position and may support clients in any environment in our North region; a classroom, our clinic or their home.

Why Choose CBPI:

We provide comprehensive training and support as you become licensed and credentialed in the field of ABA. We're here to equip you with all the tools and skills you’ll need to make a meaningful difference in your client’s life!

A Robust Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, a generous paid time off allocation, and professional development opportunities through our online library as well as in-person multiple times each year are only a few ways we show our appreciation to Connections team members.

Competitive Compensation: We take pride in offering a competitive pay range that is commensurate with experience and diversity of individuals your practice can provide support for.

Trainee - $22/HR 1-2 Weeks

A Collaborative and Supportive Learning Environment:

This means your BCBA will be out each week supporting your practice and garnering your feedback regarding program effectiveness for 10% of you direct service hours (double the recommended dosage). We offer regular study groups to support your understanding of ABA and your passing of the RBT exam when given the opportunity to sit it. This means that Founders of the company, COO, Directors, and BCBAs are all working in tandem to ensure you do not feel alone and are available to support you in any situation that may arise.
