Placements are based on program needs and staff interest and may include:
· Adult day treatment and community-based programs
· Adult residential programs
· In-home ABA services
· School-based services
· Community and clinic-based programs
What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA, using ABA and evidence-based practices to help individuals build independence and life skills. You will:
· Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans
· Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills
· Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions
· Participate in community outings
· Collect data and collaborate with the clinical team
What We’re Looking For
· 21 years of age or older
· High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience
· Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance
· Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
