• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based methods and protocols
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, with regular revisions and updates
• Collaborate with the treatment team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs
• Collect and record data on client progress, using various assessment tools and methods
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience (entry-level positions welcome)
• RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Ability to work flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services
