Job Description

onsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct supervision to behavior technicians. Your expertise will contribute to improving the quality of life for clients by implementing evidence-based interventions within a compassionate and patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery. Collect, analyze, and document data accurately to track client progress and inform treatment modifications. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency across settings and promote positive outcomes. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing confidential medical records and documentation securely. Participate in intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing treatment reviews within a multidisciplinary team framework. Ensure all clinical practices adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Qualifications Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the BACB. Demonstrated experience in behavioral therapy, especially with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and behavioral health principles. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or other special needs populations. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and medical records management. Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop effective treatment plans. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients' families, healthcare teams, and educational staff. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
