About the Client
• Adult male in his early 40s living in a supported living home
• Friendly, social, and enjoys Disney, music, food, walking, and outdoor activities
• Benefits from patient, predictable, and calm support
• Responds well to proactive behavior strategies and clear structure

Responsibilities
• Provide positive behavior support and preventative care using established plans to avoid escalation
• Transport client to community activities and enrichment outings
• Support daily living skills, communication, and social interactions
• Encourage and participate in physical activity
• Work independently in the community while maintaining client safety
• Communicate with the care team and complete documentation on an iPad

Qualifications
• Experience working with adults on the autism spectrum (required)
• Strong emotional regulation support, prevention and de‑escalation
• Comfortable working independently in community settings
• Patient, dependable, and an effective communicator
• Interest in consistent 8 hours/week of part‑time work

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, clean driving record
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check
• Able to commute to Shoreline, WA (98133)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
