The position is based at Accellacare's Downers Grove location (1100 W. 31st Street, Suite 400, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515, USA), and this is an onsite role.

## What You'll Be Doing

As a Team Lead, Site Operations, you'll supervise a team of site operations staff, including Research Coordinators and Research Nurses. You'll oversee daily workloads and priorities while ensuring timely and accurate completion of site start-up, maintenance, and close-out tasks in alignment with SOPs and study plans.

You'll monitor site operations metrics and contribute to actions that improve efficiency and the overall site experience. Collaborating closely with project management, monitoring, and other functions will be essential to resolving site-related issues effectively. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll support training, development, and performance management of team members, helping them grow professionally. You'll also contribute to enhancing site operations processes, tools, and documentation to drive continuous improvement.

## What We're Looking For

You'll need a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent clinical research experience. Experience in oncology research is required, and you should have a background in site operations, site support, or clinical operations. Prior lead or mentoring responsibilities are preferred.

A solid understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), and site documentation requirements is essential. You'll need strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to succeed in this role. The ability to manage multiple studies and priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical, along with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a genuine focus on quality and customer service.
