Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Washington, DC for a Behavioral Health Technician. The Behavioral Health Technician will work directly with clients to implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one therapy, collecting and recording data on client progress, and supporting families in achieving meaningful milestones. The role requires consistency, attentiveness, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
• Strong foundational knowledge in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Effective Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and team members
• Experience in Behavioral Intervention and familiarity with evidence-based practices
• Educational background or practical experience in Psychology or related fields
• Ability to maintain accurate data collection and documentation
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping individuals with developmental and behavioral needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
