Position Details
• Full-time, salaried position (40 hours per week)
• Open to part-time
• Up to a 75/25 clinical-to-leadership split
• Flexible scheduling
• Leadership time ranges from 10–25% of weekly schedule depending on clinic needs
• Primary coverage in Bellevue with occasional support in Bothell

Compensation & Incentives
• $80,000–$100,000 annually
• Bonus potential: $2,600+ annually

Role Overview

The Clinical Lead provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for pediatric patients referred for speech, language, hearing, or swallowing concerns. With physician approval, individualized treatment plans are implemented to help children reach their highest level of communication and independence.

In addition to direct patient care, this role includes:
• Mentoring Clinical Fellows and supervising students (as applicable)
• 75/25 clinical/leadership split
• Mainly in Bellevue with some supervision/coverage needed in Bothell
• 10–25% of weekly schedule reserved for leadership duties, depending on staffing and specific responsibilities
• Supporting clinical excellence and quality of care
• Assisting with planning, organization, and coordination of speech services
• Collaborating closely with occupational and physical therapy teams
• Partnering with clinic administration to support interdisciplinary service delivery

Qualifications
• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
• Minimum 1 year experience as a CCC-SLP
• Active Washington State SLP license
• Experience treating pediatric and adolescent populations
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills
• CPR certification (all ages)
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word preferred)
• Passion for positively impacting children and families

  • Clinical Competency Specialist access for advanced training
