Job Description
ractice providers cover five hospitals and several outpatient clinics in the region as a team.
Duties include inpatient and outpatient consultation, follow up, device implants, catheter-based ablation in several locations in a rotating schedule. Additional duties include teaching for cardiology fellows and working closely with Cardiology Subspecialties and Cardio-Thoracic surgery.
Device implantation and catheter ablation is currently available in several facilities with three electrophysiology laboratories and a Stereotaxis Robotic Navigation system in Temple.
Qualifications
? Board certified in cardiovascular disease with additional fellowship training and board certification/eligible in EP Cardiology.
? Experience in cardiac rhythm device implantation and catheter-based ablation

- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board by start date
- Where Applicable - Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her speciality or demonstrate board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
