Job Description
s & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $76,250–$95,000, aligned with skills and experience
• Up to $12,000 Annual Bonus

What You’ll Do:
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to: Evaluations and Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week
What We’re Looking For:
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting
