Job Description
e development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that all therapeutic activities are aligned with their specific needs and goals.
- Monitor and document client behavior and progress, providing detailed reports to the clinical team to aid in the evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans.
- Facilitate group and individual therapeutic activities, promoting engagement and participation among clients to support their recovery and well-being.
- Ensure the safety and security of clients by maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure client safety.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff members, offering mentorship and training to enhance their professional development and performance.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and regulations in all client interactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA preferred
Required Experience:
- Minimum of Two (2) years' experience in substance abuse and mental health setting is required.
- Desirable to have experience working with substance use or co-occurring consumers of all ages
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in documenting and reporting client progress and incidents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities
- •The Behavioral Tech III at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing advanced support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs
- •The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients during Shift 1
