• RBT I–V: $16.00–$20.00/hr
• Senior RBT: $21.00/hr
Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to the clinic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)
Preferred:
• Active RBT certification
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields

- •Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- •Collect and record behavioral data
- •Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
