Pay Range: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a related field (required)
• 1–2+ years of experience supervising Behavior Technicians and designing programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity in clinical practice
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support treatment planning and implementation
• Conduct parent/caregiver education and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Deliver direct behavioral interventions in home, school, and community settings
• Develop individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents with ASD
• Utilize evidence-based practices including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
• Maintain documentation including behavioral data, progress notes, and case management reports
• Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and training to Behavior Technicians
• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions
• In-person coverage is required for unstaffed cases once per week until a permanent staff member is assigned. Any barriers or challenges in meeting this requirement must be promptly communicated to the Clinical Director.
Schedule
• Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
Additional Requirements
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within a 30-mile radius of your assigned home office
• Must pass all pre-employment requirements (e.g., background check, physical examination)
• Valid California driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle registration required if driving
