Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor BCBA's and RBT's in the implementation of ABA therapy services
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide clinical services to clients
• Provide consultation and training to families, caregivers, and school staff on ABA principles and strategies
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Golden Hartz ABA's policies and procedures
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA certification required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy services
• Strong clinical and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Must be certified and maintain certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
