Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Provide behavior support services in both the home and day program setting
• Conduct monthly in-person visits at the day program in Roswell
• Develop and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Collaborate with caregivers and day program staff
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide caregiver guidance and training as appropriate
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, mental health, social worker, or any related field
• Experience providing behavior support (adult population preferred)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work across home and community-based settings
• Must be reliable and able to commit to monthly in-person visits
Preferred:
• BCBA certification (or working toward certification)
• Experience with adult day programs
Schedule & Compensation:
• Flexible schedule
• in-person requirement at day program
• Additional home-based hours as needed
• Competitive hourly/contract rate (based on experience)
Pay: $60.00 per hour
