Job Description

ehavior Technicians (BTs). No experience? No problem! If you’re passionate about working with kids and ready to learn, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed — including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You’ll Do:
Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ You're available full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
✔ You have a high school diploma or GED
✔ You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
✔ You’re at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact

Caravel Pay Details:
• No RBT? $17.41 - $19.15
• Obtained your RBT 1? $18.32 - $21.07 with potential to move up to $25.49 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
• Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
