Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Fremont, California

• Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to student-centered solutions
What You'll Do:
• Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments and analyze student data
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral interventions
• Consult with staff, families, and related service providers to facilitate student progress
• Provide training and ongoing support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies
• Track and report on student progress via data collection and reporting systems
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students
