Job Description

 behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality behavioral health services in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise behavioral therapy programs based on applied behavior analysis principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data collection to monitor progress and modify treatment plans accordingly. Provide patient care by delivering effective interventions that promote skill development and reduce problematic behaviors. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation , including progress notes, treatment plans, and session reports, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient assessment processes. Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in behavioral health and special education settings. Stay current with advancements in behavioral therapy , medical terminology , and relevant legal requirements related to medical records management. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis , behavioral therapy , and special education methodologies. Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations , managing medical documentation , and utilizing data collection tools effectively. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, confidentiality standards, and ethical guidelines governing patient care. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and families. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and adapt interventions based on individual needs. Knowledge of medical terminology , medical records management , and experience with behavioral health services is preferred.
