Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability
Hiring Bonus
• 300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• 600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
2/hour for weekend shifts
• + $5/hour for company-observed holidays
• An additional $1.00 will be offered for Spanish bilingual candidates. Candidates with a completed BA or BS will be offered an additional $1.00 per hour, with a copy of the degree required during onboarding
Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm

As a Behavior Interventionist , you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive .
1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
