Job Description
motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in home, school, and/or community settings. This role is ideal for clinicians looking for consistent part-time hours during afternoons and early evenings while making a meaningful impact.
We welcome candidates who already hold an active RBT, BCAT, or ABAT certification, as well as candidates who have completed a required 40-hour ABA competency-based training and hold a valid coursework completion certificate.
Schedule Requirements (Required)
• Availability Monday through Friday
• Some Saturday work may be available
• Afternoon and early evening availability required
• Some morning work may be available
• Must be available at least three weekdays per week
• Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule once assigned to clients
Required Qualifications
• Active RBT, BCAT, or ABAT certification
OR completion of a 40-hour ABA competency-based training that meets funding source requirements prior to starting client work
• Candidates who have not yet completed the required training may still be considered and can complete an approved course as a condition of hire.
• Eligible to work and be credentialed with funding sources in California
• Ability to pass background check and complete onboarding requirements
• No felony convictions
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
• Professional, dependable, and ethical conduct
Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and document services provided
• Maintain client safety and follow all agency policies and procedures
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers
• Attend required supervision, onboarding, and team meetings as scheduled
