Position: Registered Behavior Technician (BT)
• An Active RBT Certification with the BACB is required for this position*
Location:
Daly City, San Francisco cities only!
Job Type: PART‑TIME
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, 2–8 pm. Must have afternoon and evening availability.
Work Setting:
In‑home or In‑clinic

We’re hiring entry‑level candidates as well as certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to grow their careers.
What You’ll Do
As an RBT at BTS, you’ll work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play‑based activities. Sessions take place in the child’s home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours. We tailor your caseload to fit your availability and match you with age groups you’re comfortable with, from toddlers to teens.

• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions

Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Spanish‑speaking is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients
