About the Role
As an SLP, you will work directly with students to improve communication skills that are essential for both academic progress and social development. You'll address areas such as articulation, language processing, fluency, and pragmatic/social communication.
Work Schedule & Setting
• Monday–Friday school-based hours
• No evenings or weekend responsibilities
• School holidays and scheduled breaks off
• Supportive team environment with manageable caseloads

Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license (or ability to obtain before start)
• CCC-SLP preferred, but not required
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Core Responsibilities
• Deliver therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with school standards
