Job Description

duct assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, and communication skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to create integrated treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate clients and their families on speech therapy techniques and exercises

Qualifications and Skills:
• Master's degree in speech-language pathology or a related field
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure as a speech therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
• Knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapy techniques
• Experience working in a healthcare or educational setting is preferred
