• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement evidence-based behavior strategies
• Monitor and analyze data to assess student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques

Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working in schools or educational environments preferred
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel
• Skilled in data collection and analysis for behavior interventions
