📚 Your Role as a Behavioral Therapist (School‑Based)
• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with students with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Stay calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
• Collect and document data accurately
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and families
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work in school classrooms, homes, and/or clinic settings

💡 What We’re Looking For
• Passion for working with children and families
• Resilience under stress
• Motivation and willingness to learn
• Reliability and strong follow‑through
• Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
• Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required)
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
• Reliable transportation.

📍 Schedule Requirement: Available shifts are Monday- Friday and... WEEKENDS OFF!

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:40 PM
