Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Flourishing Hearts Academy. The RBT will work under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA, directly implementing ABA interventions. RBTs are expected to manage challenging behaviors, conduct skill-acquisition programs, collect data and remain engaged with their client throughout the session. No experience is needed as we are willing to train the right person. About Flourishing Hearts:

About the RBT position:

About the Student Analyst position:
Our Student Analyst Program is designed for individuals pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification who are seeking a high-quality, meaningful supervisory experience in the field of ABA therapy jobs. We offer a guaranteed concentrated path toward certification, structured to meet BACB supervision requirements while maximizing learning opportunities essential for behavior analyst careers. Student analysts receive exam support, access to unrestricted activities , and both group and individual supervision contacts that focus on real clinical decision-making rather than passive observation. Most importantly, our program is built to support ethical, competent practice and is offered at no cost to the supervisee, reflecting our commitment to developing well-prepared, confident future behavior analysts, which includes a variety of RBT positions.
