As the Center Director, you’ll provide both clinical and operational leadership to ensure that every client receives the highest standard of care. You’ll drive clinical quality, inspire your team, and help shape the center’s growth.
Role Overview:
Leadership & Strategy
· Champion the center’s clinical vision and set the standard for excellence in ABA care.
· Inspire your team to deliver compassionate, data-driven therapy that transforms lives.
· Stay at the forefront of ABA to bring best practices into everyday operations.
Team Development & Culture
· Train and empower a high-performing clinical team dedicated to meaningful outcomes.
· Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and feedback that encourages professional growth.
· Build and sustain a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued.
Program Oversight
· Guide the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s unique goals.
· Ensure all programs are evidence-based, outcome-oriented, and aligned with ethical standards.
· Monitor service quality and compliance to uphold the integrity of care.
Quality Assurance & Outcomes
· Use data to evaluate progress, client satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and operational efficiency.
· Maintain a culture of accountability, transparency, and measurable success.
Communication & Collaboration
· Serve as a trusted partner to families, ensuring open communication and support throughout their journey.
· Collaborate across departments from clinical and operations to administration and outreach to drive consistency and connection.
· Represent the center’s mission with professionalism and passion in all community and stakeholder interactions.
What Sets You Apart
• Active BCBA certification (required) and in good standing with the BACB.
• ABA clinical experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical or center-based environment.
• Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, program design, and outcome evaluation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Passion for mentoring others and advancing the field of ABA through quality and innovation.
