Step into a rewarding assignment supporting elementary schools as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time, contract opportunity focuses on enriching students' learning environments during the 2026-2027 school year. Working onsite with students, you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert behavioral support and guidance in two elementary schools.

Key Qualifications:
• Current and active BCBA certification required
• Valid CDE license or COOL; must be submitted with your application
• Demonstrated experience working with elementary school-aged children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards

Core Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop analytic treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate interventions and strategies
