NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence‑based practices that promote families' strengths!

Master's degree in social work
LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY required
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
