Job Description
Make a real impact by supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a welcoming school environment near West Fargo, ND. This contract opportunity serves a diverse range of learners from Pre-K through high school (grades K12), giving you the chance to work one-on-one and in group settings across elementary, middle, and secondary classrooms, including kindergarten and preschool. Key Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification required
• Previous experience supporting students in school settings preferred
• Comfort working with students in Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school
• Familiarity with 1:1 and small group behavioral intervention strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Compassion, adaptability, and professionalism
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions under the direction of certified staff
• Provide 1:1 and group support to help students achieve social, emotional, and academic goals
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavior
• Assist in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families as needed
• Adapt strategies for students at various developmental stages
