Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work directly with clients to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in the lives of children and adults with behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment protocols as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior during sessions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in both home and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency and communication regarding client progress.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings with a BCBA for feedback and development.
• Maintain professional documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:
• Required: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience.
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English). Must speak and write in english.
• Gender Preference: candidates are preferred for this role to ensure a balanced therapeutic team, given the specific needs of some clients.
• Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to improving client outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to various behavioral challenges and provide effective interventions.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the designated service areas.
