Job Description
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, or community settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans and teaching strategies as developed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data on client progress during each session
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
• Follow ethical guidelines and safety protocols
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision
Qualifications: Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
Preferred:
• Current RBT certification (or willingness to complete certification)
• Experience with ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field
Schedule:
• Part-time
• Flexible scheduling (weekday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays preferred)

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with Autism
  • Your primary focus will be to implement behavioral therapy techniques, collect data on client progress, and support the overall development of each individual in a positive and nurturing environment
