What You’ll Do
• Support Students: Work under the direction of a BCBA to implement tailored behavior reduction and social skills programs.
• Skill Development: Facilitate ABLLS-R, AFLS, and other social and functional skill-building programs.
• Training & Support: Conduct caregiver and teacher training, providing essential feedback and support to improve performance on behavior plans.
• Data & Documentation: Collect and enter data to monitor student progress.
• Maintain Certification: Ensure compliance with BACB requirements for RBT certification.
