Job Description

Are you a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a real difference in the lives of students? Join ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, where we offer a unique opportunity to work within our Special Education Program for grades K-12 in Mansfield, Ohio. As a BCBA, you will be integral in transforming student lives by delivering customized clinical and educational interventions tailored to each learner's needs. You will lead with expertise, mentoring your team through hands-on training, while continuously assessing and enhancing their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and vision to enhance student achievement and site operations.
• Oversee staff supervision, develop performance management plans, and identify training needs.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to analyze challenging behaviors.
• Create and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
• Drive the enrollment process and ensure all students are placed appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and Department of Education regulations.
• Monitor instructional fidelity and student performance to achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with educators to develop measurable IEP goals and track progress.
• Provide crisis management support for students in need.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, special education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification or in the process of obtaining.
• 5+ years of experience in special education services, particularly for students with severe learning disabilities or behavioral disorders.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in special education or behavioral health.
• Strong understanding of ABA methodologies and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
