This full-time, contract position offers the chance to work closely with diverse age groups in an engaging school environment near Perris, CA. Youll play a pivotal role providing 1:1 behavioral support, guiding children and adolescents to reach their potential both academically and socially. What youll bring:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience supporting students in grades K12, preferably in a school setting
• Skilled in delivering 1:1 behavioral interventions and collaborating with educational teams
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Flexibility and dedication to adapt to various classroom environments and student needs
• Capacity to thrive as a positive role model and advocate for student success
Key responsibilities:
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Provide direct 1:1 support to students both in and out of the classroom, fostering social, emotional, and academic growth
• Collect and maintain accurate data to track progress and inform interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure a consistent, supportive approach
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program developments
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
