My Autism Connection is growing — and we're looking for talented, mission-driven professionals to join us in two exciting volunteer roles. We're especially seeking locally based professionals in the Southwest Florida area who can help grow MAC's presence and bring their community networks to our mission.

We're seeking passionate business professionals ready to help lead MAC forward:

✅ Treasurer — Accounting/bookkeeping expertise, nonprofit experience a plus

✅ Fundraising Lead — A connector and closer ready to grow our community impact

✅ Grant Writer — A compelling storyteller who knows how to navigate the funding landscape

✅ Event/Committee Coordinator — An organized, energetic leader who loves bringing people together

🔬 Join Our Advisory Council (NEW!)

We're launching a Clinical & Community Advisory Council to deepen the expertise behind our programming:

✅ Psychologist or LMHC with Level 1 adult autism experience

✅ Special educator or transition specialist

✅ Researcher or university faculty in psychology or disability studies

Both opportunities offer a chance to directly shape the future for autistic adults across SWFL, expand your professional network, and contribute to a community that truly needs your expertise.

🗓️ Flexible hybrid commitment — monthly virtual meetings via Zoom, with in-person engagement in the Fort Myers area as we grow our local board presence.
