Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required

Requirements
• RBT Certification (preferred — we can help the right candidate get certified)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes

  • You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles
