Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will:
• Work directly with one student in the home setting
• Follow a customized Behavior Intervention Plan supervised by a BCBA
• Use play-based and structured learning to support communication, social skills, and daily routines
• Record data and session notes to track progress
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and family members

Ideal Candidate
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Patience, reliability, and a warm, engaging approach with learners
• Prior ABA or childcare experience is a plus, but not required
• CPR/First Aid, Mandated Reporter, RBT, or similar trainings are a bonus

Current Case Available – Camden County, NJ

Haddon Township (08108) – 10-year-old
• Thursdays from 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Sundays from 9:00 AM – 12:45 PM
• Additional Tuesday hours to be determined
