Your Role:
• Make a significant impact in the lives of children!
• Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols crafted by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their supervision
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for clients and team members
• Assist children in developing crucial life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living tasks, potty training, and social/emotional skills
• Be prepared to get up and down frequently, and move quickly as needed
• Embrace learning opportunities daily, working independently to deliver top-notch care to the children we serve

Qualifications:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB
• No additional experience required beyond that gained through the RBT certification process
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
• High energy, playful, and creative attitude
• Tech-savvy, with skills to learn data collection software and use basic office applications
• Availability to work hours from 8 am to 5 pm and 9 am to 6 pm
