Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in life sciences / healthcare; MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred
Minimum 5-8 years of pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry and / or clinical experience
Experience in eye health / ophthalmology product development is highly preferred
Deep understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirements
Proven experience as Clinical Lead on development programs or readiness for this strategic role
