liEffectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors by following the behavior intervention plan created by the BCBA/supervisor/li
liCollect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system (Central Reach) to enter, track, and view progress/li

Responsibilities
- •liCreate a fun, motivating experience to generate a positive learning environment for every individual/li
- •liImplement individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) programming under the direction of a BCBA/supervisor/li
- •liUse basic principles of ABA such as: reinforcement, prompting, fading, and shaping procedures/li
- •liImplement strategies to encourage socialization and daily living skills/li
- •liEffectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors by following the behavior intervention plan created by the BCBA/supervisor/li
- •liCollect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system (Central Reach) to enter, track, and view progress/li
- •liUse basic principles of ABA such as: reinforcement, prompting, fading, and shaping procedures/li
- •liImplement strategies to encourage socialization and daily living skills/li
- •liEffectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors by following the behavior intervention plan created by the BCBA/supervisor/li
