About the Job
We're looking for a kind, patient, and reliable babysitter for our sweet 3. 5-year-old in our South Lakeland home.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. -12 p.m.
My husband and I work from home and need help keeping her engaged through play, activities, and outdoor time. She is bright, communicative, potty trained, and autistic. She thrives with routine and consistency, so we're looking for someone who can be flexible, patient, and adapt to her individual needs. Experience with autism is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Serve simple pre-prepared meals/snacks
• Screen-free play and activities
• Indoor/outdoor play and walks
• Light toy and activity clean-up
Requirements: Reliable transportation, comfortable with pets, and a calm, dependable personality.
