es 24-hour residential care for adults with developmental disabilities and complex behavioral needs in a supportive, homelike environment. Position Overview
This role is designed for individuals passionate about working in behavioral health and residential care. Staff members will work closely with residents and the care team while completing training to earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within one year. Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct care and support to residents with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors
• Assist with implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) under supervision of RBT or BCBA
• Support residents with daily living skills, social skills, and community activities
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision for RBT certification
• Document care and behaviors according to regulatory and organizational standards
• Transport residents to appointments and activities as needed (mileage reimbursed)
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all residents
Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in a residential care setting
• Willingness to commit to completing RBT certification within 12 months
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance

• Critical thinking, situational awareness, and conflict resolution

Physical Demands
